Have you wanted to learn more about the foods of Disneyland and the history of the restaurants? Then Jae Brattain has the tour for your, Magical Food Tour. His small 4 to 8 person, approximately 2 hour tour of the restaurants of Disneyland is designed to teach you about the foods available and the history behind them. Jae can also teach about the foods you’ve always had questions about, but where afraid to try. I’ve listen to Jae on The Disgeek Podcast for two years now and have learned a lot about the whys of food that I never understood before. He really knows his foods. Check out his web page at http://www.magicalfoodtour.com/ or Facebook at http://www.facebook.com/MagicalFoodTour.
This month I feature my friend’s book, “Hunting Hidden Mickeys Disneyland Edition”. This book documents all the traditional and non-traditional Hidden Mickeys. But it’s not just a list, it has a photograph for each one to assist in locating or as a historical visual documentation of these wonderful little gems. Check it out at http://sudbooks.com/selected-reading/
That’s right, Sam Gennawey’s The Disneyland Story is this month’s featured book. Sam’s book covers the history of the Disneyland park as never told before. He describes it as Walt Disney’s third child. Check out this wonderful and must have book on Disneyland.
And while you’re there, check out the April Featured audio. This month we feature Communicore Weekly, The Musical. A fun and not so informative history of Disneyland.
This month’s featured book is Bill Cotters new book The 1964-1965 New York World’s Fair. This is a new edition to his previous book and is full color. http://sudbooks.com/selected-reading/
